ABOUT FROZEN SPECIALTY PRODUCTS, LLC.

The mission of Frozen Specialty Products is simple: To bring fun, innovative frozen treats
to pet owners and pets that delight the pet's senses and provide the owner with a
nutritious, unique alternative to humdrum shelf-stable treats.

Frozen Specialty Products, LLC. (FSP) was founded in May 2003 by Dan Kastor and Gary Kostlan. Kastor and Kostlan have a combined 40 years experience in the food and ice cream industries. Prior to starting up FSP, Kastor was Director of Quality & Technical Assistance for Nestle USA's Ice Cream Division in Solon, Ohio.

Kostlan served as Technical Director of Contract Manufacturing for the division. Kostlan also worked with both Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream and the Drumstick Company prior to joining Nestle. Both Kastor and Kostlan have extensive experience in the areas of manufacturing, food safety, quality assurance, regulatory affairs and product development.

Kastor is a past member of the International Dairy Foods Association HACCP Review Board. Kastor holds a B.S. degree in Food Science & Nutrition from The Ohio State University and Kostlan, an M.S. degree in Cellular Biology from The University of Wisconsin.
